cooking life
I hope i'll be able to go for my attachment in hotel next year that is 2008 and eventually completed the 2 years course and get my diploma . In the future , i wish i could work with some Michelin star chef or local celebrity chefs and learn as much as i can from those maestros of fine dining cooking . My ultimate goal is to become a very versatile highly skilled well-trained chef in both western and chinese cuisines .

This is Jeremy. I'm glad that i've successfully created my own blog. For me , life's been hectic and busy ever since i joined Shatec . Fortunately, it's been a beneficial experience for me as well . The very reason that i joined Shatec is because i determined to become a chef . Even though life is going to be tough and full of ups and downs , but it will mold you into a physically , mentally and emotionally stronger person and be able to survive in fast -changing world of culinary .
