My favourite cooking show are Martin Yan Quick & Easy , Keith Floyd Around The World and The Iron Chef . I especially love to watch The Iron Chef because it is fun and enjoyable to watch those teams of chef compete against each other and tried to win the title of Iron Chef .

I hope i'll be able to go for my attachment in hotel next year that is 2008 and eventually completed the 2 years course and get my diploma . In the future , i wish i could work with some Michelin star chef or local celebrity chefs and learn as much as i can from those maestros of fine dining cooking . My ultimate goal is to become a very versatile highly skilled well-trained chef in both western and chinese cuisines .

This is Jeremy. I'm glad that i've successfully created my own blog. For me , life's been hectic and busy ever since i joined Shatec . Fortunately, it's been a beneficial experience for me as well . The very reason that i joined Shatec is because i determined to become a chef .
